Terms of Service — ProxyItaly

1. Welcome to ProxyItaly

By using ProxyItaly you accept these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

Welcome to ProxyItaly. By accessing and using proxyitaly.com and related services, you fully accept these Terms of Service ("Terms").

ProxyItaly is operated from Vicenza, Italy ("ProxyItaly", "we", "us"). Full business details are available on request at support@proxyitaly.com.

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or on the website with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Account creation

Provide accurate information. Accounts with false data may be suspended.

Paid services require registration with accurate, complete, and current data. You must not register with false or third-party data, use disposable email, or create multiple accounts to bypass limits.

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Report unauthorized access to support@proxyitaly.com.

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal capacity in your country.

3. Prohibited use

No illegal activity, spam, or fraud. We cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.

You may not use ProxyItaly for illegal activity, unauthorized access, payment fraud, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, or abusive traffic that harms mobile networks or other users.

ProxyItaly is not an anonymity service. To prevent abuse we log connection metadata (destination host and port, bytes transferred, timestamps — never request content or payloads) and retain it for 180 days. Automated systems monitor these logs for abuse patterns (brute-force attempts, spam, blocked destinations) and may suspend accounts; suspended users can appeal at support@proxyitaly.com. We cooperate with authorities when legally required.

Certain destination ports are blocked for all users (including SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 and common lateral-movement ports) to prevent spam and network abuse.

4. Nature of the service

Each proxy maps to a dedicated physical SIM. Your Italian mobile IP is exclusive for the purchased plan duration.

We provide Italian 4G mobile proxies on dedicated physical SIMs. Each port corresponds to one SIM for the life of your plan, with HTTP/SOCKS5 access and a management dashboard at app.proxyitaly.com. Data usage is unlimited subject to fair use.

5. Plans and duration

Trial €9.90 for 48 hours on a shared, queued single slot (one user at a time), and Standard €65 for 30 days. Renewal is manual by default; optional auto-renew is available per proxy.

Plans:

Trial (queued): the trial uses a shared slot served one user at a time. At purchase you join a first-come-first-served queue and the €9.90 is charged immediately to reserve your place. The trial is not active right away if the slot is busy. When it is your turn we email you dedicated credentials and the trial runs for 48 hours. On expiry (or if you end it early) the credentials are disabled and the slot passes automatically to the next in line, who receives fresh credentials. Wait times depend on queue length; we give a conservative estimate, not a guaranteed time. No auto-renew.
Standard: 30 days from activation, one-time payment, optional manual renewal from the dashboard

Renewal is manual by default. You may optionally enable automatic renewal per proxy from the dashboard: when enabled, the payment card saved during your last purchase is charged the Standard plan price up to 3 days before expiry. Auto-renew is off by default, you can disable it at any time from the dashboard, and after 3 failed charge attempts it is disabled automatically and the proxy follows the normal expiry process.

On expiry, the proxy is suspended; credentials are kept for 90 days; renewal continues with the same credentials.

6. Payments

Card payments via Stripe. Charges are one-time unless you enable optional auto-renew.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods Stripe supports). Prices are in EUR. Charges are one-time and voluntary, except for proxies where you have explicitly enabled automatic renewal, in which case the saved card is charged before each expiry until you disable the option.

Activation usually follows within minutes after payment confirmation. If not active within 30 minutes, contact support@proxyitaly.com.

7. Refunds

Full refund within 48 hours if the proxy does not work and we cannot fix it, and a full refund of a queued trial anytime before it goes live. No refund after successful activation and use.

Queued trial: while your trial is still waiting in the queue (not yet activated) you may cancel the reservation from the dashboard and receive a full €9.90 refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you have 14 days to withdraw. By activating the trial or a proxy before the 14 days elapse, you request and consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the withdrawal right no longer applies to the part of the service already supplied.

Refunds are not granted for expired plans, breaches of these Terms, or misconfiguration on your side. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

8. Suspension and termination

You may request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Contact support to delete your account. Personal data is erased within 30 days except tax records (10 years) and connection logs (30 days). No refunds for suspensions due to Terms violations.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, within applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, ProxyItaly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, outages beyond our control (carrier/network issues, force majeure), or misuse by you.

10. Intellectual property

The ProxyItaly brand, website, and software are our property.

Content on proxyitaly.com is owned by ProxyItaly and protected by copyright and IP laws. No copying or modification without written consent.

11. Privacy

We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR). We collect only what is needed, retain connection logs 30 days, and do not log your traffic content.

12. Governing law

Italian law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Vicenza.
